Terms of Service

Effective date: October 11, 2026

1. Company and Application

This website is operated by FIX IT ALL MASTERS LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms address website use and appliance repair services requested from the Company. Your repair agreement is with the Company. The Company may engage independent contractors to perform services.

Service-related provisions apply when provided to you and incorporated into an estimate, work authorization, or other service agreement that you accept before the applicable work begins. Merely submitting an inquiry does not authorize a repair or establish a final price.

A specific written service agreement controls over these Terms where the two conflict. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

2. Requests, Availability, and Scheduling

Website submissions and telephone inquiries are requests for contact, not confirmed appointments or commitments to perform services.

The Company may accept or decline a request based on service location, appliance type, technician availability, safety, parts availability, and the nature of the work.

Appointment times and completion estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement. The Company does not guarantee same-day service, completion in one visit, availability of parts, or that an appliance can be economically repaired.

The current service area is Boca Raton, Florida, subject to confirmation for your ZIP code. Archived maps do not establish current service availability.

3. Scope, Diagnosis, and Estimates

Services are limited to the work identified in the accepted estimate or work authorization.

An inspection or diagnosis is not a comprehensive assessment of every component, concealed condition, installation defect, or potential future failure. An appliance may have multiple or intermittent faults that cannot be identified during the initial visit.

Preliminary information provided remotely is not a final diagnosis or binding repair quotation.

Charges, deposits, diagnostic fees, and other payment terms are governed by the applicable accepted service agreement. Additional work requires additional authorization.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, having authority to approve the work, and providing safe and lawful access to the appliance.

Before the visit, disclose known defects, previous repairs, leaks, electrical or gas issues, pest conditions, and other relevant hazards.

Remove valuables and obstacles from the work area. Protect food, medicines, stored contents, and other temperature-sensitive items when an appliance is malfunctioning or must be taken out of operation.

The Company may refuse or suspend work where conditions are unsafe, access is inadequate, or necessary work is outside the accepted scope.

5. Existing Conditions and Unrelated Failures

The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed defects, improper installation, prior unauthorized repairs, ordinary wear, or failures unrelated to the authorized work, except to the extent that applicable law makes the Company responsible.

Repairing one fault does not establish that the appliance is free from other faults or guarantee its remaining useful life.

The Company does not assume responsibility for a manufacturer’s design defects, recalls, or warranty obligations merely by servicing an appliance.

6. Parts and Manufacturer Relationships

Parts used for a particular repair are governed by the applicable estimate or service documentation.

References to appliance manufacturers identify brands and do not represent manufacturer authorization, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated and substantiated.

Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms. These Terms do not create a manufacturer warranty or expand one.

7. Warranty Limitations

No additional express repair warranty is created by this website or these Terms.

Any express warranty offered by the Company must be identified in the applicable written service documentation. Its coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedure are governed by that documentation.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WARRANTIES IN THE APPLICABLE SERVICE AGREEMENT, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

This disclaimer does not apply where a written warranty or applicable law prohibits it. It does not eliminate nonwaivable consumer rights.

8. Limitations of Liability — Important

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

(a) THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM A SERVICE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF USE.

(b) THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF FOOD, MEDICATION, OR OTHER APPLIANCE CONTENTS, EXCEPT WHERE THAT EXCLUSION IS PROHIBITED BY LAW.

(c) THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PARTICULAR SERVICE THAT CAUSED THE CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID OR PAYABLE TO THE COMPANY FOR THAT SERVICE.

These limitations are intended to apply to claims based on contract, warranty, or ordinary negligence, including ordinary negligence attributed to the Company or a contractor performing the service.

They do not apply to bodily injury or death, fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability, statutory remedy, or obligation that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

These limitations must be presented to and accepted by the customer as part of the applicable service agreement before the work begins. They are not intended to bind a customer solely because a link appears in the website footer.

9. Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

Payment, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, and special-order parts conditions are those stated in the applicable accepted service agreement.

These Terms do not create a cancellation fee that was not disclosed and accepted, or override a cancellation or refund right required by law.

Please contact the Company promptly about scheduling changes, disputed charges, or a claimed repair issue.

10. Circumstances Outside Our Control

The Company is not responsible for delay or inability to perform caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including severe weather, supply interruptions, unavailable parts, utility outages, or restrictions on access, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

This provision does not authorize the Company to retain payment for unperformed work where a refund is legally required.

11. Website and Third-Party Content

THE WEBSITE AND ITS GENERAL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or that general website information will resolve a specific appliance issue.

Website materials belong to the Company or their respective rights holders. Manufacturer logos, map imagery, and other third-party materials retain their applicable ownership and attribution.

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, or submit information you have no right to provide.

Third-party websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Linking to them does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement.

12. Privacy and Communications

Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Submitting a service inquiry requests a response about that inquiry. It does not, by itself, authorize unrelated promotional messages or any communication requiring a separate consent.

13. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms are governed by Florida law and applicable United States federal law, subject to mandatory legal protections.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. No provision requires a court to enforce a limitation that applicable law prohibits.

14. Changes

Revised Terms will identify their effective date. Revisions do not retroactively alter an existing accepted service agreement without any agreement or notice required by law.
